Sexual dimorphism of viscerocranium-A logistic model

Introduction: Sex estimates are generally based on the evaluation of qualitative and quantitative aspects anatomic structures, however, latter has better reproducibility reliability. Objective: Aiming to evaluate viscerocranium as a tool for sexual prediction verify possibility creation logistic regression model prediction. Materials Methods: 167 craniums - 100 male 67 female between 22 85 years old from Brazilian university´s Biobank were evaluated. Results: It was observed that measures carried out presented sexually dimorphic, except right frontozygomatic point – zygion; left zygion.
